VAN DER HELM AGF
The family business Van der Helm was founded in 1936. Ever since, Van der Helm has provided logistic services such as transport, customs formalities and warehousing for various companies. Van der Helm is specialised in tanker transport, bulk transport, container transport, air freight, ocean freight and (dry) storage. Is there a complex issue? Van der Helm has over 80 years of experience: during which time having faced many crises and having solved all of them.
In 2017, a team of experienced special operators was formed to also take care of customers in the field of fresh produce (including exotics).
In Dutch, potatoes are aardappels (A), vegetables are groenten (G) and fruit is also fruit (F), just pronounced differently than in the English language. This field is therefore called AGF.
Van der Helm AGF was born!
Van der Helm AGF is located within the premises of Trofi Pack B.V. Where necessary, the organisations enter into a partnership for their clients and Van der Helm AGF takes care of the customs formalities and the logistics process for them to their full satisfaction.
Facilitating ocean freight, air freight and road transport is our daily business. We have access to a customs warehouse and we are an approved quality control inspection site, offering all customs and inspection formalities, including Stop & Go Crossdocking.

Our mission as a logistics service provider
Van der Helm AGF works with the European customs computer system. This ensures that declarations for export, import and transit shipments are processed electronically. We take care of your customs documentation, including a customs import document or MRN document for transport. For importers in the Netherlands, we act as direct representative.
Are you an importer and not established in the Netherlands? If you have a VAT number in an EU country other than the Netherlands, Van der Helm AGF can also act as a limited representative.
